In October 2023, Stafford Chiropractic Clinic commemorated being in the community for 30 years. To mark this huge milestone, we celebrated in style by hosting a number of competitions and raffles for both our existing and new patients, and we even had a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress of Stafford!

Stafford Chiropractic Clinic was established in 1993. Since then, it has undergone a number of changes and developments which have transformed it into the practice it is today.

We interviewed Kesh, the Clinic owner as part of this blog in order to find out his thoughts on this significant achievement and its plans for the future.

The team has grown significantly over the past three decades, what do you think the team enjoys about working at Stafford Chiropractic Clinic?

The key to a good team is the people within it and although we have grown in size and number, we have maintained a culture that is inclusive and supportive. There are also many opportunities for personal development and we are always happy to explore new ideas that the team may have, enabling them to contribute to their own environment.

What is the secret to 30 years of success?

Our people! We are very lucky and extremely grateful for not only our new patients, but also our patients who have remained loyal even throughout global pandemics! The relationships we build with our patients are long-standing and have contributed to our integration into the community. We also have a total combined experience of over 80 years between each practitioner, and this experience has allowed us to better serve our community.

How has the business evolved?

I think technology has been at the centre of all advancements at Stafford Chiropractic Clinic. We made the active change from paper to electronic patient notes and this technological advancement has enabled us to be more efficient, added an extra layer of security and has significantly reduced our environmental impact. The Chiropractic benches that we treat our patients on have been improved to include differing mechanics and hydraulics, allowing for more targeted treatments, and we have also had developments such as Laser therapy which complement our treatments.

What do you see for the future of Stafford Chiropractic Clinic?

We’ve seen the benefits of Chiropractic being more widely recognised in the community and the wider medical profession and we would like to see it further integrated in the future. We aim to be the hub of the community within Stafford, serving as an integral component, bringing together a diverse range of medical professionals to facilitate a comprehensive healthcare framework within the UK. We would also like to continue our journey of becoming a more sustainable, eco-friendly practice fit for a greener future and we cannot wait to see what the next 30 years hold!
